Frederick is the Founder and CEO of The White House, Teeth Whitening Clinics and The White House, Dental & Facial Aesthetics UK, established in 2008. Since then Frederick has grown the company from a single clinic to eight international clinics and growing. Frederick is the registered responsible person in each of the UK clinics, with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority and Healthcare Improvement Scotland who are the independent health care regulator that safeguards the public by maintaining high standards for private dentistry. Frederick manages inspections, reviews, and audits the RQIA and Healthcare Improvement Scotland and The White House, carry out to assure high quality of care. Frederick is also responsible for upkeeping the policies and procedures employed by The White House clinics which promote continuous improvement, safeguarding customers and staff and helps to maintain the highest level of quality service. Over many years in the industry, Frederick has built solid client relationships and a proven track record of project delivery as well as managing small and large teams across both cosmetic and dental industries.

Dr Lina Hamid is a fully qualified and GDC registered dental surgeon who has undergone further training in Facial Aesthetics, and a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Lina trained several postgraduate courses in advanced anti-wrinkle injections and lip fillers and Lina is the practice manager here at The White House in Belfast and will be looking after you on Wednesday to Friday Dr Lina is dedicated to achieving natural and beautiful results using the most up-to-date and safest materials and techniques. The White House was delighted to welcome Dr Fiona Prue to our team in 2021. Fiona has 30 years experience working as a dentist and is highly regarded among her peers and has consistently shown the ability to establish an excellent rapport with patients and staff. Fiona qualified from Queens University Belfast dental school in 1991 and has worked in general dental practice since then. Fiona began her facial aesthetics training in 2011 and has since updated her knowledge and skills by regularly attending further advanced training courses. Dr Fiona Prue has undertaken advanced training to include treatment of masseter muscles to reduce clenching or bruxism, and treatment of jowls and cheek fillers. Fiona takes great pride and satisfaction from putting her clients at ease whilst improving their self-confidence with her facial aesthetic treatments and always ensure they that leave with a smile. Fiona provides excellent patient care in a consistently positive manner and has a caring nature and consistently shows sensitivity to the needs of her patients. Having run her own practice for many years Fiona has joined to White Hosue Team and will be looking after you on Mondays and Tuesdays in our Belfast clinic – GDC Registration Number 67268.

Joana is our Customer Service Team Manager and is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer service experience. Joana organises and manages incoming cases, and is responsible for collating, measuring and reporting to the Operations Manager and Directors. Joana also ensures that the service team are customer-centric and dedicated to providing an amazing experience while overseeing the performance of Dental professionals to ensure our team meets the high-quality service expectations.

Grissel joined The White House team as we expanded and opened our new clinic in Brown Thomas in 2019, and is one of our dental professionals that will be looking after you there. Grissel has a bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from her home country in Venezuela and is experienced working as a dental professional for 5 years. Grissel has a friendly and welcoming nature and is competent to provide assistance in all areas of dental work and to relate well to a wide range of people, including children and people with special needs. Grissel has extensive experience in the dental field working as a Dentist in previous dental facilities, she has professional treatment service and care to patients, examining patients and diagnosing dental conditions, oral hygiene, cross infection control, writing prescriptions for antibiotics and other dental medication. Grissel has experience dealing with emergency cases while reassuring anxious patients and clearly explaining procedures to them. Grissel’s customers describe her as “very professional and approachable. She really made the experience comfortable and easy to understand. Natasha is our Dental Professional who will be looking after you in Swords. Natasha has several years of experience working as a Dental Nurse, qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2013 as a dental nurse and working up to become the Lead Dental Nurse in 2017. Along with working as a Lead Dental Nurse, Natasha has progressed into doing compliance and working closely together with other dental practices to make sure they are at their highest levels of health and safety as possible. Natasha is described by customers as being very professional, friendly and patient.

The White House was delighted when Carol joined our team in 2018, Carol worked in our Swords clinic for a year and then moved to our newly opened Arnotts clinic in 2019 and has been an integral part of our team since. Carol is a Bachelor of Dentistry and also as completed many further educational qualifications in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and was awarded a Diploma in primary care dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons last year. Carol has wide-ranging dentistry experience and three years of experience with The White House as a teeth whitening specialist so you are certainly in good hands with Carol who works with us in Arnotts at the weekends. Carol provides excellent patient care in a consistently positive and professional manner and has a caring nature and always shows sensitivity to the needs of her patients.

Emma is one of the longest-serving employees of The White House, joining our team back in 2015, Emma is a qualified dental nurse with many years experience in teeth whitening and is one of our Dental Professionals who will be completing your treatments in our Galway clinic. Emma is a very outgoing person who enjoys interacting with customers, she is very confident and has excellent communication skills and prides herself in providing the highest quality customer care and has an excellent ability to keep people calm and relaxed with a friendly nature while remaining professional.

The White House was delighted to welcome Leo who Joined our team in 2019 and is one of our dental professionals who will be looking after you in Arnott’s clinic Monday to Friday. Leo is a bachelor of Dental surgery and is currently registered as a dental nurse with many years of experience with The White House and other positions with a sympathetic approach when providing whitening treatment care to his customers. Leo is an energetic and ambitious person who has developed a mature approach to any task he undertakes and loves making a difference in the lives of the community. Leo is also is performance-driven and enjoys providing exceptional patient care and has an excellent ability to keep people calm and good-humoured while remaining professional.

Diego joined our team in 2021 and will be looking after you in our clinic in Dundrum, Diego is a qualified dentist from Spain where he worked as a dentist for a number of years until recently relocating to Ireland. Currently, Diego is working as a dental nurse and studying a postgraduate course in dental aesthetics, which is a particular passion of his. Diego has been described as caring, compassionate and patient with his customers and enjoys providing a high quality, friendly and professional service.

Darragh is the Operations Manager at the white house, as part of the wide-ranging role with us Darragh is responsible for all staff and company operations- stocktaking, ordering, budget analysis and management, management reviews, and initiating new programs/ marketing strategies with the MD and external agencies devising marketing plans/ campaigns and strategy leading to an analytical review of all promotions and features Social media campaigns and customer service.
