Terms and conditions of refund policy:
On the day of your treatment, we will take shade measurements using the Vitapan Shade guide and confirm these with you before we proceed. Our goal is to achieve a minimum of 5 shades whiter from your starting shade.
It’s important to follow the 24-hour white diet after your treatment to maintain the whitening results. We cannot be responsible for any diminishing of results if this guideline is not followed.
We also understand that even with adhering to the white diet, in a small number of cases, a regression in colour can occur, which means, your teeth will no longer look as white as they were after the treatment. This might be due to the mineral content of the teeth which is different for every individual.
In the unlikely event that regression occurs after your treatment, please reach out to us to arrange a follow-up review. During this visit, we will take new shade measurements and compare them to the original shade recorded during your treatment. Based on the results of this comparison, we may offer a complimentary second treatment, which resolves about 90% of regression cases, or provide a free Home Whitening Kit to continue the whitening treatment at home.
If, after completing a second treatment, you still do not achieve the desired 5-shade improvement or experience further regression, you are entitled to a refund of the treatment cost. Refunds are processed after confirming regression or lack of improvement through an in-clinic shade check using our VitaPan Shade guide, and must be claimed within 30 days of the initial treatment. Refunds exclude the consultation fee.
